Hulk Hogan has scheduled a press conference for later today at 5PM EDT to discuss legal action being taken over the leaked sex tape. Two lawsuits will be filed.
One of the suits will be against Bubba the Love Sponge and his ex-wife Heather Clem for filming Hogan and Clem having sex without Hogan’s permission. The other suit is against Gawker.com for reviewing the tape as well as posting clips of the video online.
Hogan will be seeking damages in both suits.
