Do Not Be Afraid To Bother Your Doctor

Today I went to see my doctor because I had a mole growing on my chest that I had become quite concerned with. I have had it for about a year now but in the last month it has started to get bigger so my girlfriend made me go and get the doctor to have a look at it.

Sitting in the waiting room I started working myself up by thinking of all the types of things it could be and the two that ran through my head was skin cancer (I often take my shirt off when the sun comes out) and Mesothelioma.

The doctor was nice when I voiced my concerns and told me that mesothelioma is a rare form of cancer that would not show up on the skin like other cancers. He has ordered me a biopsy to check it out.

So if you have a mole that has changed shape then don’t wait for your partner to nag you, drop in and show it to your doctor.
